What data we process
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email, company name and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer, based on your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for no longer than 12 months from our last communication unless a contract results from it.
Processors
Messages from the form are delivered to our company mailbox. The website runs on our own server and uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Contact us by email.
